I am a high school math teacher and try to travel as often as time and money allows. I really whet my appetite for travel when I studied in Heidelberg, Germany, for a year during college. I traveled to Germany's neighboring countries while there, and have since returned to Europe a few times, adding Great Britain and Scandinavia to my international destinations. I also enjoy exploring my own country, with past trips to Alaska and Hawaii (I'm slowly working on make it to all the islands) and future road trips in the works.

The world, near and far, is an amazingly beautiful place. I love experiencing different cultures and seeing the world through the eyes of others. I enjoy collecting postcards from my travels. I often gravitate towards those with scenic images which highlight the beauty of the place I am visiting. I would love to receive a postcard from a place near and dear to your heart! I also love animals and am a sucker for postcards with cute critters.
