Dear Postcrossing friends (September 2012): Please accept my apologies for not quickly registering postcards that I have received in the past few months. Unfortunately I have been faced with a terrible family emergency--my dear elderly father became very ill and died suddenly--and I have not been able to keep up with my Postcrossing responsibilities. I am working on getting all received cards registered and I kindly ask your patience and forgiveness at this difficult time.

Hello from Las Vegas! I'm a 41-year-old spinster living in a lovely retro Mid-Century Modern neighborhood with my 6 rescued cats... I love reading, writing, art and graphic design, gourmet and international cooking, gardening, knitting, and most of all TRAVEL! (So far I've visited England, France, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Malta, Bulgaria, Romania, Singapore, Mexico, Jamaica, and Bolivia.)

I really love postcards that are unique to your place--viewcards, of course, and cards showing food or agricultural products, but I also love ad-cards and freecards if they're from your city or country! I am also happy to correspond with FEMALE penfriends.
