Hello Dear Postcrossers,
I’m a Siberian who works as a software engineer in a Silicon Valley-based fintech startup. I have a passion for cars, transportation, technologies, reading non-fiction books about espionage, spies, intelligent services worldwide, hiking, camping, good food, traveling.
For over a year my wife and I travel full time doing a house/pet sitting, finding stays on the trustedhousesitters.com. We have took care of different sweet pets along the West Coast and London.
My postcrossing address is permanent and I almost always receive postcards in time from you. So no worries about its registration.
I like history, antique things, board and card games. Enjoy to play in backgammon.
Also I'm collecting a Moscow Olympic games mascot called Mishka.
Try to visit every local automobile museum whenever I travel.
So far my favorites are
- Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Museum in Salt Lake City, UT
- National Automobile Museum in Reno, NV
- UMMC Auto Museum in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Russia
In February-March 2023 planning to start the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). It would take 4-6 months to complete it. It's a hiking trail within California, Oregon, Washington states from Mexican to Canadian borders.
I would be interested to know what vehicle are you driving? Why did you choose that model? If you are not driving please mention what kind of public transportation you like to use like a tram, a bus, a subway/metro or something else. Would be cool if you put your most used route number. Mine was a bus #409 when I was a student :)
Any kind of postcards are welcome!
Thank you so much!
Note: I see that many postcrossers are looking for a sender who sends a postcard with no postcard id. You can easily use the “request help to find an unknown ID” form and a support team will do their best to help you find the right Postcard ID.
