Howdy-doo!

I love everything foreign- foods, travel, books, languages, cultures. I like to cook ethnic foods for a hobby (meaning I only do it when I want, and then I do really complex stuff with tons of spices that I never cook again). I like to laugh, hence the Nacho Libre Avatar- "Ok... Maybe I am not meant for these duties. Cooking duty. Dead guy duty. Maybe it's time for me to get a better duty!" Oh, that movie cracks me up!! I like to read historical fiction (love Outlander series), and other times I like to meditate (I'm on a many-years spiritual search with no end in sight :)), dance (I love the Just Dance series, and I danced for 10 years for fun) or walks in the woods with my sweet kid, my husband, and my little fluffy dog. I also love art, architecture (aren't Norwegian stave churches awesome??), ingenuity, and creativity. I like watching Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Antiques Roadshow, Downton Abbey, America's Next Top Model.

I would like to hear about what a typical day or holiday are like for you, or know what makes you happiest in the world, or what you dream about. I'd like to hear what your mom or grandma cooked special for you as a kid (or what you love to eat, with recipe), or what it is like to be a man or woman in your country. Tell me a silly story or a story that makes you smile. Or just tell me some random odd thoughts you have. :)

I like all kinds of cards, but especially ones that are funny or beautiful or sweet, or 3d (lenticular). I'm not a huge fan of photos of monuments, big cities, and other public buildings.
