I am a short, slightly overweight, mid-thirties, u.s. national with cuban ancestry. I love to work and play hard. I like the outdoors, drive stick shift, will change my car's oil and rotate my own tires. I am over-achievi­ng and very determined. I have a graduate education in psychology and work part-time as a psychotherap­ist, and full time as online adjunct faculty for a large University in South Florida but I hope to one day own a small book store/cafe. I recently moved from a large city in South Florida to a small town in North Carolina. I wish to travel to every country in the world, and have been to Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Italy, Cuba, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, and Grand Cayman Islands. I will soon be traveling to South Africa after my wedding for my honeymoon. I love traveling! I love reading a good book and I am a sucker for charity. I also love to learn different dance styles. I have spent over a decade learning and dancing raqs sharqi, and over the last couple of years have tried out polynesian style dance, flamenco, cumbia, and burlesque. Finally I love animals.
