Hi, I'm Robin! I currently live in Northern Colorado but grew up in the Pacific Northwest (north of Seattle, south of Vancouver Canada). Each postcard I receive is a new adventure- I like researching the subjects that are represented. I also enjoy reading, listening to music (many styles), cooking, horticulture (my previous profession) and traveling (preferably long distance, and by car when in North America).

I'm not at all picky about the type of postcard you send- just mail me one that you would enjoy receiving, or that shows off your country or region. Like a typical American, I've been to very few other countries (Canada of course, and Mexico, Japan, and the Philippines) so it will all be interesting to me! I do appreciate cards that are not sent in envelopes- every scratch, smudge, and bent corner tells a story of the journey through the hands and machinery that make international communication possible (email is faster and more efficient of course, but it lacks 'soul'). My Father was a rural postman for 32 years, so I grew up around stamps, mail, and post offices.
