Hi! I live in Durham, North Carolina. I used to be an appellate prosecutor, but now I stay at home with my five children, our two dogs, and two cats. They keep me pretty busy. I wish I could travel all over the world, but instead, I read about different places and look at pictures of them on the internet. I love to cook, especially Thai food, play my violin, read, mostly fiction, but also non-fiction, especially history, and jog.

When my children are not in school, we take long car trips all across the United States. We like to visit science museums, zoos, and children's museums. So far, we've seen 25 of the states!
