Greeting from Virginia and the USA!

I enjoy meeting new people and travel, especially to warm climates and the beach. I used to surf, water ski, sail and bicycle. I lived in Texas and now live in Virginia's beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Our home is outside a small town, on a few acres in the country. We enjoy the birds and butterflies that are attracted to our flowers, fruit trees and small vegetable garden. Chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits, deer and an occasional bear also visit us. I am retired and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also like to garden, quilt, watch professional basketball and play with my young grandsons. I enjoy movies and county-western and Latin jazz music. I collect fabric to remind me of where I have been when I travel. I would love to receive a small piece of fabric from you if you are able. I hope to have enough to sew a small quilt to remind me of my postcrossing friends!
