Hi,

I'm a student of languages and literature at Indiana University. My interest is mythologies, from Ancient Greek to Japanese, Norse to Persian, African to Aztec, but especially modern personal mythologies in new fiction.

I've enjoyed the idea and practice of postcards for decades. Just any sort of hello and picture from your place would be nice. Mostly, I appreciate the physical object of a real postcard that has been marked by a real person (you?), then the postal system as it travels through space/time to eventually arrive at my door. It's amazing, isn't it? Nice to connect with you through a little piece of paper that travels the globe for such a small price.

Will you help me learn your language?

If you want to write a simple message in any language that uses Latin, Greek, or Chinese/Japanese scripts, I'll enjoy the challenge (and Google Translate). A token way of physically connecting with someone else who shares time on this weird, wild, world. Amazing place, nature and its people. Let's take care of each other?
