Hey, I got into letter writing and postcards through the DIY punk and zine scene of the late nineties and early two thousands, staying connected from record and zine mail orders and touring with bands as a friend/photographer/merch person.

I love writing and reading postcards and I would love to read about something you like about your town, a recent good day, something you made or were inspired by, or anything real as if we already know each other. Please feel free to write in your first or favorite language without translation.

Here are some things I'm into:
-Planetariums
-Pinball and pinball tournaments
-Japanese and Independent Pro Wrestling as an art form
-Old Time Radio (Johnny Dollar, Our Miss Brooks, Burns & Allen)
-Obscure Museums and rundown roadside attractions
-Diners and county fairs
-Drive-in Theaters and free outdoor movies
-Roller rinks and Ice rinks
-Gardening and rescuing plants
-Dogs (Mutts & Strays, Black Labs & mixes, Rottweilers, Blue Heelers, 3 Legged, famous or historic dogs)
-Baseball on the radio (especially in the park with a scorebook)
-Sitting on the edge of bodies of water at night
-Black & White film photography, screen printing, letterpress, untrained artists
-Dark sky locations and moon rises
-Peewee Herman, The Muppets, Budget Monster Movies
-Squished Pennies

I would be excited to receive any postcard you pick out. I also collect vintage postcards and I get most excited about:

-Planetariums, Observatories, Space Age, World's Fairs
-Vintage chimpanzees in people clothes
-Postcards with notations, errors or damage
-Vintage party dogs
-Tunnels, Signs, Bridges, Street scenes with old signs and cars
-Diners, boardwalks, amusement parks, roller rinks
-Punks, nerds, weirdos, artists
-vintage bicycles, roller skates, break dancing
-or whatever you're interested in or think i would find fun
