I have been inactive for a few years now due to bad postal services and some other reasons. But this year I have decided to give it a try again.
The 'never been sent to or received from' countries are now few and seldom, and my lifestyle has changed a lot the last few years. But still I love to send and receive, although much less than in the beginning. I have sent to 53 countries and received from 50 countries already. I have sent cards to Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan for the first time, and I it was exciting learning about these new countries. Hopefully this year I will receive one or two from ther rarer countries.
Preparing the cards to send is almost the best part of the hobby. I carefully read every profile and try to find a card from my collection to match. Then I try to see what they want written on their cards and do my best to fulfill the wishes. The only thing that beat this, is receiving a card from someone else.I prefer my cards written and stamped. Please do not put it in an envelope, it degrades a postcard. My wishlist reads as follows:

+ Any card showing a horse: a drawing, a cartoon or a photo, it does not matter. If you can add a horse stamp it will make it more special. Have a look at the favorites on my gallery to see what I like.

+ Cards showing farm animals

+ Cards showing the map or flag of your country, state, city ect.

+ Specific requests:
1) If you are from America, I would love a card showing the map of your state.
2) A card showing a painted horse from Ocala!

2) Great Britain users: If you can find me a card of the Whiltshire white horses, and specific the Uffington White horse I would be over the moon. (Since receiving one I am over the moon and back, but I would appreciate it still if you sent me some.)

I love postcards, so whatever is coming my way is welcome. The only cards that really does not excite me is the ad cards. But if they have an animal on, maybe they are not so bad. ;-)

One day soon my postcards will aide in entertaining my grandchildren. I am looking forward tos hare with them all the beautiful pictures and little tidbits of information from all over the world. Hopefully one of them will also become a postcrosser.
