Hello all! I'm a 21 year old living in beautiful Western New York. I work in the children's room at the James Prendergast Library in my hometown of Jamestown, New York. My co-worker told me about this site, and I couldn't wait to join. I love writing and receiving letters and postcards! I love to travel. I've been throughout the United States with my family, but have not ventured outside my country (other than Canada, only a few hours north of my home!). My best friend lives in South Korea; that will be my first destination. I'm saving my money right now! My days include reading constantly, working at my library (a job which I absolutely love), spending quality time with friends and family, dreaming of foreign lands, walking my dog, and watching all types of movies.

I would love to receive postcards that highlight your city or town! Show me your famous landmarks or anything else that makes your home wonderful and unique. If I like what I see (and I most likely will), I'll add it to my growing list of places to visit.

I love bright and colorful cards!

I also love animals so cards with animals on them would bring a smile to my face.

I love movies and books, so movie postcards would be very great to see! Postcards of libraries would be cool too, since I work in a library!

I would also love to see postcards with foreign languages on them!

Most importantly, write something special on the postcard! Tell me about your life: your work, family, pastimes, favorite foods, religion, or hometown. I love book suggestions and quotes. I love to look at your unique handwriting!

Finally, if you're interested in doing direct swaps with me, or pen palling, message me! I would love to create friendships with many people from all over the world!
