Grew up in small town in northern Arizona. Spent many years working in the Mojave Desert of California and Arizona. Eventually tired of the heat, moved to S. California and am now a retired Sheet Metal Worker. Collected Stamps all my life and now become intrested in the postmarks. Currently, traveling around taking photos of small rural and desert post offices and collecting the postmarks before they all become extinct. It makes a good excuse to get out of the house and travel around to the many desert and rural areas and have fun doing it. I've always wanted to go to Australia but I know that will never happen. Spent two years in Viet Nam and a year in Alaska while in the military (Navy) and thats been about the extent of my world wide travels. Still drive all around the U.S looking for unusual things and I always seem to find something, most often when I don't have my camera. Ha.
Since I am new to this website, I don't know much else to write about. Perhaps I will add a bit more detail in the future.

I would like to receive postcards that show your town or area where you come from. Any kind of local scenery, landscapes, buildings and architecture, or anything that you think is unique about your country. If something makes you smile, I'm sure it will do the same for me. I love doing mathematical puzzles and M.C.Escher type of art work. Write small and tell me as much as you can about yourself. I know,..... the space on a postcard doesn't leave much room, but please try. Have a nice day.
