Hello, my name is Darrell. I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In December, 2020, I retired from a government job in downtown Washington, D.C. I moved 1,800 miles to a new house in the southwest desert in September 2021.

I am a stamp collector as well as a postcard collector. So I am always searching for interesting stamps.

I am happy to receive any postcard. Especially I would like

- anything typical of your hometown or country
- art
- popular culture
- dachshunds, wiener dogs, sausage dogs, dackel
- anything odd or unusual
- LGBT

Please write a short message about you or your home on your postcard. Don't forget to write the date on your postcard.

Please do not write anything at the bottom of the postcard, especially do not write the postcard id there. The US Postal Service prints a black bar code within 1.5 cm of the bottom edge of postcards in order to enable processing by machine. These markings will cover up anything written on the bottom of the card.

Bitte schreibt mir eine kurze Mittelung über euch oder eure Heimat auf der Postkarte. Vergesst bitte nicht, das Datum auf der Postkarte zu schreiben.

Wichtig: Die US Postal Service druckt einen schwarzen Strichcode auf der Unterkante der Postkarten wegen der maschinellen Verarbeitung. Dieser Strichcode deckt leider alles ab, was dort unten geschrieben wird. Deshalb lasst die unteren 1,5 cm bitte frei - vielen Dank!
