Hello from Central Europe!

My name is Lenka, I am a young women living in the very interesting region of Czech Republic - Northern Bohemia, which has a beautiful nature, specific history and is quite isolated thanks to what it has a specific, nostalgic mood.

I work with children or other people in need as a therapist and I even do research work in this field. Instead of my work I like rural life, art (especially modern), books, theathre and travelling.

If you want to make me happy you can send me cards with pictures of nice places you have in your country (I do not mean just touristic highlights, there are many more interesting and original places the tourists do not know;-)), of any specific feature of the place where you live or of local peaces of art,including modern art pr photos (coloured even black and white).

I like to get know how you live, what you like, what you are looking forward to at the moment or how is the wheather in your country. I like to listen to human stories or stories of different interesting places. I like creative and active people with a good sense of humour. I like learning languages, too. So I will be happy if you teach me few words in your mother tongue;-).

What I do not like is kitschy pictures and formal postcard phrases:-).
