Hello fellow Postcrossers! I am a 29 year old currently living in the Washington, DC area, born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland. I graduated from the University of Maryland majoring in public health science and work in healthcare. I am considering nursing school for the future.

In my free time I enjoy cooking cuisines from around the world, reading (fantasy, graphic novels, poetry, Harry Potter), exercising (kayaking, running, weightlifting), walking my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Ares, and going to museums.

Some other things I am interested in: art, especially Byzantine and art inspired by Byzantine murals and traditional Japanese prints (think Klimt, Whistler), architecture, statue, mythology/folklore, birds, and gardens. I am happiest when I am by the water. I was born on Halloween (my mother's water broke to the Addam's family theme song haha) and I love things that are spooky or eerie as well. Greece is my favorite country I have visited, I fell in love with it, along with my Spartan boyfriend ;)

I absolutely love handmade cards! Or those that are personalized with drawings/stamps/stickers/washi tape. Maxi cards are really cool. I will be happy to receive anything you send me!

I'm interested in hearing about your favorite books, poems, songs, films, etc. Or your favorite food dish from your country- I will likely try to cook it!
