I was born and raised in North Dakota but have just recently relocated to Minneapolis. I am a librarian at a university and really enjoy working with the students and faculty and contributing to their academic pursuits. I live in a nearly 115 year old apartment with my boyfriend and 3 cats in a part of town that has a lot of fun things to do but also the occasional shooting :/

I enjoy reading, music, video games and travel--I'm always happy to get recommendations for books or bands from others! I also try to get involved in political activism, particularly regarding women's rights. I don't mind talking politics at all!

I am not picky when it comes to postcards, however, I LOVE COLOR. Anything bright, beautiful, and abstract makes me happy. Things that are absurd, weird or humorous are great too! If you are wondering what to write, share a good story from your travels. Or write about a place that you would like to travel and why :)
