Hello! My name is Mel!

I love relaxing pastimes such as knitting, crocheting, casual gaming, true crime, podcasts, documentaries, science fiction, genealogy, and all things history! Owls and Pugs are my favorite animals! I had a pug for 8 years who died in June 2020 at the age of 17, so getting cards with pugs is special to me.

I grew up in northeast Ohio and currently live in western Pennsylvania, so if you happen to have any postcards from Ohio or PA (Youngstown and Pittsburgh areas in particular!), send them my way!

I'd love to hear about what your favorite things are too! Feel free to share your typical day, exciting things in your life, or whatever is going on as you write! I'd enjoy hearing about some local lore or true crime stories!
