My name is Meg and I live in Cape Girardeau, MO. I am a teacher and on my spare time I like to make fiber art. I do this by either felting, knitting, weaving or sewing. One of my favorite things to do on the weekend is to go antique or thrift store shopping. I like to look for 50's/60's modern furniture, beautiful fabrics that I can use to make my art, vintage patterns, outfits, and accessories. I would like to travel the world, but since I am only a teacher I cannot do that, hence why I joined Postcrossing. Another of my interests are pugs, I have one myself and he makes me laugh everyday. I, also, enjoy alpacas and I hope to one day own an alpaca farm so that I may sheer their wool and make art with their fibers. I enjoy postcards that have pictures of art, that are vintage, that are funny or that have some point of interest from where you live.
