I’m Maurice Phillips, a Real Estate Agent, an Entrepreneur, an Inventor, a Marketing Strategist and something of a dreamer. I was born in Orange County California and grew up in the small seaside community of Laguna Beach. I currently inhabit the great city of Los Angeles.

I’m ambitious, self-confident, deliberate, and a long-range thinker. In myself and in others I value intelligence, knowledge, and competence. I’m always busy working on a new venture or idea, whether it’s a personal undertaking or spearheading a project for a business I work with.

I’m greatly passionate about culture, travel, and food. Particularly I find interest in Asian, European, and Middle Eastern culture and all types of unique fare. I’m a firm believer of trying anything twice. I enjoy cooking, and find it to be a very rooting and meditative task. I have appreciation for all forms of art from 18th century European to contemporary art. I even appreciate a well-designed piece of junk mail.

I don’t believe in astrology, however I find interest in the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator. I’m an INTJ.

I don’t smoke, drink alcohol or do drugs, but love a good cup of coffee or two or three.
