Born in Germany now American, marriage didn't survive,but the kids were a blessing! I have lived in Colorodo,California,Texas,Oklahoma,Kentucky ,Georgia and South Carolina. My favorite place was Colorado Springs and the surrounding mountains. Africa,Schwitzerland,Denmark,France and South Korea were also places I was able to visit,each one holds unique and great memories.
I rescued 3 cats and loved all of them , their names were Cookie, Fox and Buddy. 2 years ago I added a Chiweenie (Chihuhua and Dachshund),Benji acts like he is part of the cat clan ,he might possibly be confused and thinks he is a cat as well.......lol, Bailey is a new addition , another small breed dog.....she acts like she is supercharged on caffeine.!!
During the past 17 months we were able to foster .... numerous cats and dogs and were able to place them in loving new homes.. or rescues.....99 total lives saved. Anybody that can look away from an animal that is in dire need of help abandoned or abused is just plain heartless.I believe we all have the ability to help some in small ways others in bigger ways....regardless....our animal friends appreciate and deserve it!!

April 23.2020 Update; Our cat Fox'l(age 15 years) passed 4/23/2020,after a long battle with kidney disease ...he gave us 15 beautiful years
Today....April17th 2021 Cookie ,age 16 followed her brother Fox ....her battle was short and and we are grateful she did not suffer, but regardless our hearts are filled with sadness
Update;May2022 my husband survived a rollover truck accident, that had a fatality ,his co-driver, thankfully my husband was not in the sleeper when the accident happened or he would not be with me today. 7 month later after surgeries, he was able to go back to work.
Update;Oct2022 Rescued our new family member Buster, found wandering alone on the street,now 8month old 60 lbs,he looks like a black Labrador and is a joy!Now a Year later 90 lbs !
