Let's see, where to begin...

Well, I'm a librarian who loves to read - I know, shocking right? I gravitate toward travel and food memoirs, books about books, and magical realism. Haruki Murakami and Paul Auster are favorite authors. A book in my personal collection that I find myself returning to again and again is a book of paintings of women reading.

I find it relaxing to browse through books of photography. I especially love photos of every day life in the 1920s through 60s, and street scenes from any time period. Abandoned buildings is another intriguing theme.

I enjoy cooking and also love trying new restaurants - if you have a favorite recipe or restaurant to share, please do! I love seeing images of food. I also collect teapots and love images of tea being served or grown.

Oh and jazz - I love jazz.
