Hi everyone!

My name is Lourenço (pronounced 'Lorenzo') and I'm originally from Portugal. I've been living in the US since 2008. I lived in Phoenix, Arizona for 6 years, and I'm currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

I love to travel and explore new places, eat different foods, experience cultures, and get to meet new people. I believe that life is full of connections, and the more we travel and communicate, the broader sense we have of our inner and outer world.

Back in Europe, I had a chance to visit several countries, Spain, France, Germany, England, Czech Republic, to name a few. My ultimate goal would be to visit every state in the US, every country in Europe, and visit each Continent. I know I have a long way to go.... :P

What do I do for living? I'm a mental health clinician working with children in the foster care system. As a hobby, I play drums, listen to music, go to concerts, collect coins, read, hike, watch movies.

Here are a few ideas of what I look for:

- skyscrapers (I LOVE ALL SORTS OF ARCHITECTURE, please send me skyscrapers and/or buildings of your city)
- animals ('all animals are unconditionally beautiful!')
- views of your town and/or country
- landmarks and landscape, such as buildings, windmills, ocean, desert, mountains, forests, geological formations, etc
- cats,
- stickers
- anything to do with food/cooking
- astronomy
- Egyptian civilization, and any other old civilization
- funny cards

Also, please write the date when you write your postcard, your hobbies, ways to have fun, and basically anything about you!! I would love to know what makes you so unique. :D Oh, and if you speak a language other than English, please teach me a word in your language (perhaps a word you like or dislike) and its meaning. If you only speak English, tell me the a word that you've used a lot today.
