For the past 24 years I have been a stay at home mother. I have 2 grown sons, a dog, and two cats. I also enjoy cooking, baking, reading, and knitting. My husband retired two years ago and we enjoy traveling. Since Washington, DC is only 7 miles away, we enjoy taking advantage of all of the museums that the Smithsonian Institution has to offer. My favorite permanent exhibit is the Peacock Room at the Freer Gallery. My favorite museum that isn't part is the Smithsonian is the National Museum of Women in the Arts.
