Hi!

I live in the busy London, in England, but I originally come from Latvia. I'm very excited about the whole concept of postcrossing as I feel it's such a great opportunity to connect with people from all over the world and share a small bit of yourself with others.

I love to travel the world - it feels like my wanderlust just keeps on growing, and I hope I'm lucky enough to continue travelling. Don't be surprised if I send you a postcard that are not from the UK, as I pick them up in different locations.

So far I have been to the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Monaco, Russia (Europe), Morocco (Africa), Thailand, Vietnam (Asia), USA, Mexico, Guatemala (The Americas).

My hobbies include cooking, running, reading, photography, however my favourite things are hiking and climbing in the mountains, rock climbing, being in the nature and going on adventures!

Here is the list of the favourite things I love to receive:
- related to running & fitness
- mountains
- colours (intense and bold)
- mysterious ones
- unusual ones
- illustrations (but please not too childish, for example, preferably no illustrations from children's books)
- black & white
- simple, minimalist, modern designs
- vintage/ retro designs
- romantic ones
- abstract art
- funny (or serious!) postcards
- beautiful, handmade postcards

If there is an unusual postcard you struggle to figure out who to send, there is a high chance I will like it, as I appreciate interesting designs. I would also appreciate older and more special stamps. A general rule of thumb- if you really like the postcard and find it beautiful, I'm sure I will love it too! :)

Please do NOT send me (if you can) the following postcards:
- no typical, generic touristy postcards that depict a town or a scenery
- no multiviews
- no buildings (churches, museums, panoramas of cities)
- no anime, superheroes or hello kitty
- no cats, no small dogs

When you send the postcard, I would love to hear any travel tips, for example if there is something special you recommend visiting in your country (or awesome mountains you suggest me to climb ;) ). Please write about your recommendations- but I would still prefer that postcard itself isn't a 'touristy' one, please.

If you don't know what to say, these are some questions below you can start with, but I would love to hear anything you wish to tell me!

- what is the big ambition/ goal in your life you wish to achieve?

If there is a little piece of something you wish to share with me (like a used bus ticket, tea bag, small amount of money) from your country, I would love that! Especially from the countries I haven't been to!
