Hello!

My name is Lisa, my husband and I recently moved from Denver, Colorado back to the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area of Texas, USA. We have three grown children (+3 bonus children 😉), four grandsons and two granddaughters. I am a ‘retired’ elementary school teacher.

These days I am a ‘grandma Uber driver’ and help get my grandsons to and from school/preschool and I get to spend lots of time with my newest grandson and granddaughter too! The newest granddaughter is still in the NICU after being born early and tiny. We can’t wait for her to come home!!

In ‘normal’ times I enjoy singing in my church choir, ringing handbells, reading, cross stitching and scrapbooking. I also enjoyed the MOPS group at my church so my middle grandson could make new friends and I could enjoy adult conversation twice a month. Lol

I joined Postcrossing in 2016 and I am loving it! It's so fun to get interesting pictures in the mail instead of bills and junk!! I would love to get postcards of:

sunrises/sunsets
cows
snowmen
books/reading
interesting architecture of your country

But I also love cards that include scenery or information about where you live. That way I can teach my grands about all different parts of the world. Just include something about you. :) Please add the date so we can see how long the postcards have traveled around the world.
