Hello there!😊

My name is Lauren, I live in a small town in Maryland, USA. Maryland is one of our 50 states. We are located around the middle of the eastern coast of America. I live just about 40 minutes away from Washington, D.C. which is the capital of the nation. I love to go there for day trips to see the museums and memorials, it never gets old! :)

I’m a high school student, in my senior/12th/ final year!! I’ve just finished the process of applying to college, and have already gotten acceptance letters! I’m planning on majoring in counseling psychology and minoring in art studies, with the hopes of becoming a therapist.

I really love snail mail 🐌📬 :) I moved from Chicago, IL to Maryland at a young age so I sent mail to my family back home since I missed them so much. My aunt back home actually told me about Postcrossing because she loved it herself, and she knew how much I loved writing and sending letters! I’m so happy I get to write to people worldwide and learn just a bit about someone else’s life!

I would love to hear anything you would like to tell me, your favorite things, books, places, or even your favorite person in your life. Or, where you live, your job, your family, your hobbies, dreams or aspirations! Whenever you would like to say, I would like to hear! :) I would love any postcard you send me! 💌 Anything you have will make me smile!
