Hello there!

My name is Lili and I've been living in Hyde Park in Chicago for around four years. It's a beautiful neighborhood where I like to walk around with my husband and our Brussels Griffon dogs Piri Piri (1.5y) and Toru (6m). I'm originally from Yucatán, Mexico, but I've also lived in Groningen in the Netherlands (where I started postcrossing!).

Some things I like and/or things you can tell me about:
-Animals: especially dogs, cats, birds, and elephants. Do you have any pets? What is something funny they do?
-Plants/flowers/gardens: Over 35 plants in our small apartment! I especially love my ZZ raven and Ficus elastica (rubber plant)! Do you have plants?
-Art: Some art movements I really like are impressionism and Mexican muralism, although I enjoy art in general.
-Harry Potter books and movies
-Characters from Sanrio, Peanuts (Snoopy) and Miffy (Nijntje)
-I also like anime, in particular Sailor Moon, Fruits Basket, Spy x Family, Demon Slayer and My Hero Academia
-Feminism, "witchy" vibes, anything related to women's empowerment!
- Maybe you could tell me how or why you started postcrossing?
