Hi!

My name is Kirsty (NOT Kristy - many people get it wrong, so please don't call me Kristy, lol). I'm 34 years old. I am originally from South Africa, but I moved to Michigan, United States permanently in May, 2011. I took a long break from Postcrossing (why I have no idea, I just got busy with life), so I am SO happy to be back now!!

I love my Shihpoo puppy Max. I love to cook and bake and to collect cookbooks. I love sushi, Chinese food and a good steak dinner! I also love trying different teas and coffees. I'm so excited to receive mail - that's normally the best time of my day!!

I can't wait to receive Postcards from all over! I would love to receive Postcards that show your city you live in. I don't really have a SPECIFIC "theme" for the postcards, just that I would prefer to have ones that are beautiful and show something from your country :)) If you send me postcards from the US, please send me map postcards if possible, I am trying to collect all 50 states with state maps, so please send me your state map if I haven't already received one. (Please see below, the list of state map postcards I have already received :) thank you for helping with this!!) Any postcard will be amazing though <3

If you don't always write in English, (eg. you write in Chinese, German, French etc.) I would love it, if you could write your first name on the postcards, with (your English name in brackets) :)

* Date your postcards and maybe put the temperature at the time you write the postcard :)
* Send me postcards from your state / country, not a different state / country :)

I am however, NOT very fussy and would just love any postcard I receive! 😊
