About Kangxin...

Hello, I'm Kangxin.

Let me start by sharing a story about my journey with Postcrossing.
In 2016, during my high school years, I stumbled upon Postcrossing for the first time. Over the next two years, from 2016 to 2018, I both sent and received many postcards. The joy of those days was returning home every weekend to find greetings from distant lands waiting in my mailbox. Some kind souls even shared personal stories, using stickers and doodles to introduce themselves. One person, in particular, mentioned her fondness for my name, as it reminded her of her childhood. Those postcards carried not just words, but a piece of the world with them. They brought goodwill and happiness from far-flung places and filled my weekends with warmth.

However, life had its twists and turns. I had to temporarily pause this delightful activity due to the demands of my college entrance exams. Subsequently, changes in my interests, the outbreak of the pandemic, and the demands of my busy academic life kept me away from this website.

I'm currently a student of architecture, in the final stages of my internship before I graduate. I'm also preparing to pursue a master's degree abroad at 24fall. Also, I'm a huge fan of musical theatre, where I can escape reality and let my imagination run wild. Besides that, I enjoy playing the piano and ukulele, and I've recently taken up collecting metal badges as a new hobby.

You can send me every kind of postcards - here some wishes:
-festivals (Christmas, New Year...
-birthday cards in February
-snowy mountains, sea, forests, aurora
-architecture, cityscape about your city or region
-cute cats and dogs
-cartoons (I have received several Moomin postcards, I love them)
-3D, maxicards
-musicals, operas, theatres
...
Do not want to receive advertising postcards. I hope to receive sincere sharing, rather than just a simple happy postcrossing. Of course, I also welcome you to draw or collage stickers on it.

Please date your postcard
Happy Postcrossing!
