I'm Jyotika, and I live in New Delhi, India.

I am an avid reader, I write occasionally; poems and short stories, and I blog fairly regularly. I also have pen-pals from all over the world. When I have the time, I sketch birds. Additionally I collect stamps as well.

I know English and Hindi, and a little bit of German and very little French.

As far as the postcards are concerned, it doesn't matter what kind they are!

Although I do prefer something that
- reflects the country of origin - be it a cartoon/animation, famous place, famous paintings of artists (Picasso, Monet, Dali, Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Cezanne, Da Vinci, Gauguin, Matisse, Edvard Munch, Renoir) or animals!
- Anime - Death Note, Shingeki no Kyojin, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Samurai Champloo, Mushishi, Miyazaki's works
- Tintin
- Vintage Cars
- B & W postcards
- Birds

Or you can send me anything under the sun! If you are wondering about handmade cards, they are most welcome. Brownie points for the thought and effort behind it!

I do prefer unique stamps.

You could write a quote, anything peculiar about the day, a greeting in your native language, a poem or even garbled text!
