About Jessica...

Hello!
My name is Jessica, I am from Liberty, Utah. A tiny rural town in the Cache National Forest, surrounded by the Wasatch Mountains.Where my family has been for five generations. I even live in the house that my great-great-grandfather built back in the early 1900s. (I know that isn't very long compared to other countries but both sides of my family were the first Europeans to settle here in 1847.)

I recently graduated from Oregon State University with a Master's in Crime and Law. I am a Judiciary Assistant, the judge's/magistrate's right-hand woman, assisting in whatever way she needs. I work side by side with law enforcement agencies and those in the legal field, which includes my Dad who is a District Attorney. I joke that I went into the family business.

I love the water and any activity that involves it. I'm an avid Stand-Up Paddle Boarder, along with sailing, wakeboarding, and simply going down to one of the many rivers and lakes close by to take a dip. I enjoy going camping and fishing with my Dad. Almost anything that allows me to be outside amongst the beautiful nature, and Utah has so much to offer with so many different landscapes.
Another hobby of mine is photography. I take my camera with me everywhere because you never know when you are going to get the shot of a lifetime. I also paint, my main style is abstract with acrylic and pastels.
I enjoy reading, wine, and coffee. You can find me every day sitting in my large cushy reading chair with either a glass of wine or a cuppa and a book. I have a goal of reading one book every week for the entire year. I read pretty much anything but I love books about history.

When it comes to postcards send me what you will. I am interested in
-Artwork.
-Pictures of your city.
-Landscapes.
-Anything weird or quirky.
-Or anything that will bring a smile to my face.

Postcards are a way for me to see the world without leaving my backyard. And who doesn't love finding a postcard treat in the mailbox? So thank you in advance for that piece of happiness.

Cheers.
