Hello, nice to meet you.

My name is Jean and I live in Las Vegas, Nevada USA. I love to send postcards to my friends and family whenever I travel. I also send a postcard regularly to my grandmother (usually of birds) no matter if I am traveling or not. My other favorite souvenirs besides postcards are tote bags and holiday ornaments.

I work full-time and am going to school for a bachelor's in electrical engineering so I don't have much time for hobbies, but I love to hike and read. I like science fiction, fantasy and historical fiction. If I travel it is often to state and national parks.

I love to open the mailbox and see a quick friendly hello from someone near or far. My favorite mail to receive are postcards from my friends and family of places they are visiting or of interesting people/buildings/landmarks from the area. I cherish a handmade postcard a friend sent me from Sweden of her favorite boulder on a walking path she takes regularly!

~*~*~ I'd love any postcard you'd like to send. My favorite postcards are about your area or interesting things near you. Postcards about something you really love or enjoy are great as well. Holiday cards are great even a little early or late, no matter if I celebrate the holiday myself or not, and Happy Birthday cards in February will always be welcome by me! =) Tell me about why you picked the card you are sending or just say hello and warm wishes. Handmade cards are lovely and it's fine if you like add stickers or washi-tape etc. so feel free to dress up your postcard however you'd like. ~*~*~
