I live in Iowa, and grew up here. I have lived in a few other states in the US, Colorado, Washington, Florida (about 1 month), and New Mexico (2 Months). I have 2 dogs (Dachshunds) of my own, but live in a household where there are 10 dogs total. I really enjoy music, reading, hanging out with my dogs. I'm pretty frugal, but creative, so I enjoy making gifts for people rather than buying them. I crochet, I'm learning to use looms to knit, and like to sew too. We have very nice bike trails not far from where I live and I enjoy riding my bike on them. I enjoy travelling and have visited many states when I was younger, and also Germany in 2001 and England in 2002. I've also been to Canada, and Mexico (but for a very short time).

My to do project list is rather long, and seems to grow more than I'd like it to. I love meeting people from other cultures, and learning about their everyday lives. I believe the more people and connections we make, the smaller our world becomes.

I have a lot of interests, and I'm not picky about what type of postcard I receive, but I hope it's interesting and reflects something about you or where you're from on our great planet Earth!
