About Inna...

Greetings to all Postcrossers around the world!

My name is Inna. I'm Russian by birth, Ukrainian by heritage, and American by citizenship. I live in Utah, USA.
My hobbies are crafts, sports (bike and yoga), painting with acrylics, cooking, and traveling. But books are my never-ending passion. I love great stories that inspire and teach something new, also motivational and educational literature. I'm a beginner writer and a member of the League of Utah Writers. I work on my first chapter books for children.
My new writing blog has a few posts now. Check it out, read, laugh, cry and, please, leave a comment or two.

The League of Utah Writers and Blue Quill chapter published an anthology with my short story in it. Yeah, I'm a published author now. Here is the link:

I traveled to several different countries and continents, but Prague and Italy are still my favorites. I have enough of the tourists' postcards, so send something different if you have it. But I will be happy to receive any card. Some ideas that I like:

- interesting cards with something unusual
- people and kids
- Food and recipes
- Paintings of landscapes or seascapes, or just something beautiful
- Cycling and bicycles
- Vintage cards, Victorian, old-looking (envelopes are welcome)
- Any card with cats
- Titanic postcards
- I don't mind receiving cards in the envelopes

If you don't know what to write on a card, think of the most recent movie or book you watched and tell me if you liked it!

If you know Italian, I would be happy if you wrote something on the card in simple Italian. I am learning Italian, and I would like to improve my skills :)

I enjoy participating in the Postcrossing Project and I love it so much. I think mailing is a very fun and some kind of forgotten way of human communication!

Have a great day, everyone!
