Hello everyone!

My name is Will, currently living in Pierre, South Dakota, United States. Before that I spent several years in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I love to run, hike outdoors, go camping, read books, and listen to music. From March 2011 to August 2011 I hiked the length of the Appalachian Trail (2,181 miles/3509 kilometers) from Georgia to Maine. Only around 12,000 people in history have done so. I am very proud of that accomplishment. My profile picture here is me celebrating on the top of Katahdin, the tallest mountain in Maine and the northern tip of the Appalachian Trail.

I am engaged to be married next fall to my wonderful fiance, LeAnn. We are very happy together.

As far as postcards, I love natural scenes but also paintings, popular culture (films, television, musicians) with words in your native language! Foreign language on the front of the card would be appreciated! I'll be working on putting them together as a type of wall-collage.

If you are wondering about what to write on your postcard, I'd love to hear about your day. If you have any words of advice or "life pro tips" to get through life as happy and healthy as possible, those would be appreciated as well!

I honestly believe that a more connected world can slowly bring about peace and understanding between cultures. I've experienced wonderful generosity from strangers all over my country and the world. I think this is a fabulous idea to not only gather interesting artwork from all over the world, but could also create friendships.
