I'm a traveller, normally. I've spent three years on the road, hitchiking, walking and kayaking. Mostly in Spain, the UK and Bulgaria. Last summer I kayaked down the river Danube and into the Black Sea; it took three months and covered almost 3000 km. Now I'm back in Wales for a year, studying, writing and reading. SO this is my chance to connect with some postcrossers around the globe.

I'd like to receive beauty and inspiration in my postcards. I'm more interested in the writing than the pictures. I want to connect with the person behind the card.

Oh...and, I don't have access to a scanner....my internet access is at a public library....so if you're sending me a card and you want the photo online, please scan it first. Thanks.

My hobby used to be photography but now it's writing. I'd like to write a book one day...but wouldn't everyone. My real hobby is my whole life....travelling, people watching and seeing new things.

I don't know what my favourite things are. I don't have many things; when you live out of a rucksack you have to give a lot of stuff up. I didn't put my stuff in storage when I stopped having a house; I sold it and gave it away. Hum, so, my favourite things are the Welsh sheepskin I use to sleep on - it's my portable bed and means I'm at home wherever I sleep - and my Opinel pocket knife -always sharp and always ready....to cut tomatoes.
