Born and raised in Chicago lL. Then Six years ago I became a widow and then retired after working in the insurance industry for 43 yrs.
I also worked part time for 13 yrs as a bartender (my favorite job of all
I call that my fun job) Miss all my customers, love just talking, listening and learning things about them.
January 2015 I moved to Virginia with my daughter, and my charming grandson who is now 17 yrs old. I am very blessed to be with my family. We recently moved from Fredericksburg Virginia to Stafford Virginia
I enjoy walking with the family dog. I like reading mysteries and supernatural books. I also like quilting (just a beginner). Other things I like are Roosters, Angels , cats, Dogs, sunrises and sunsets.
Love traveling, been to many states in the U.S and several Islands in the Carribean. I have final got to Greece, Rome and Croatia on a cruise in 2019. Had so much fun.
I started this postcard crossing about a few years ago and I am so looking forward to getting and sending cards and reading where other people are from. I am amazed at how many languages people speak, since I only speak English ( a little Spanish but just enough to get me by)wish I knew more.
I will be happy and I am sure amazed with any card you send. Please tell me something about yourself and what makes you smile.
