About Anamarija...

Hi, I'm Anamarija.
I'm a 24-year-old student, I'm studying French and Russian (final year) and Japanese (second year). I like learning about other cultures and traditions. And I love learning languages.

I collect both written cards and the clean ones, too, so feel free to send them as you like. Though, if you know that mail often gets damaged in your country, I'd appreciate an envelope. I like landscape, city, animal, nature; well, any kind of postcards. I'd also like to get a killer whale card, because I like orcas very much. Map postcards are also very welcome.

Also, my user name is Hammy, it's a character in an animated movie, Over the Hedge, by Dreamworks. If anyone finds a card with the characters from Over the Hedge, I'd really love to receive it. Hammy is a squirrel, and cards with squirrels are very welcome, too.

I love photography, I often photograph places I go to or traditional events in my country. I like visiting nature parks, so if there's a famous park in your country and you can send me a card, it would be lovely. Also, endemic or rare plants and animals from your country would be great.

I'd like to learn something about you, your country, region, hometown... If you'd like, please write something in your language (with translation). Russian, French and Ukrainian speakers, feel free to write in your language. I'd appreciate Japanese speakers writing in Japanese too, but be mindful of your handwriting or I won't be able to read it unfortunately.

I have received 2 Fauna of Belarus cards (wolf and owl) so if you are from Belarus, please send more of the same series.

I'm open to private swaps, so feel free to send me a message. I buy a lot of postcards from places I visit so I also have some cards from Tunisia and Japan (most notably) that I'm willing to privately swap (until I run out of them).

Looking forward to seeing and sending lots of postcards!
