I am retired and live with my husband in a lovely town in the Western Cape. He is also retired and keep himself busy restoring furniture. I love to read and my other hobbies are sewing, knitting and crochet. I like to keep my hands busy while watching tv.

We have very good weather at present. In summer the temperature can get very high and then we rather stay indoors. Many times our area has the hottest temperature in the country.

I have three sons, two daughters in law and three grand children, which I adore. They all stay far from us, so we communicate per e-mail or phone.

Our nearest city is Cape Town, which is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The nearest airport to us is also at Cape Town.

I am looking forward to receive post cards from all over the world. It can be any kind of post card, but please do not send any porn.
