Hello There!

gedondoon here, but you can call me Juf.

I'm a man of a certain age; old enough to know better, young enough not to care. Apart from being a constant source of embarrassment to my family I enjoy the great outdoors. Walking many a mile in town or country will always bring a smile to my ruggedly handsome face. However what can be finer than lazing in front of a roaring log fire doing nothing but daydream? I love music, but can't play a note or sing a verse. I love to watch films, documentaries, and the greatest of television shows, but I don't own a TV. I love to read, but my writing is poor. I paint, when I can find the time, and I grow fruits and vegetables that mother nature takes a healthy share of. I love trees, animals, the colour orange, the smell of a new book, the feel of a dog's wet nose, the laughter of a small child, and the sun on my face. I love life.
Postcards? Send me anything, anything at all. What one person finds boring another finds breathtaking. I'll just be happy to receive something knowing that another fellow human being has spared me a thought.
