Hey, I'm Randi. 27 years old, female, and living in a city near Dallas, Texas, USA. I think this is a wicked idea, and can't wait to receive your postcard! I would love to hear anything about you or where you're from. If you'd like me to write back, please let me know; I'd love to. I think actual, physical mail is a wonderful thing that's been lost in all this technology.

A bit about me: I have an unusual (often filthy) sense of humor, so please do not worry about offending me. I'm not very picky, as I am a fan of many things, but here are some of my particular favorites:

-Kaj Stenvall cards!
-history (legends, stories, a famous part of your culture)
-myths & fairy tales
-I'm very interested in pop culture, so I'd love to hear/see what's the newest craze/fad in your part of the world!
-beer/wine
-cards with people on them (old photos, traditional dress, people just living)
-music
-cartoons/anime/manga
-cards with one alphabet letter on them. (I'd like to collect the whole alphabet!)
-cards with writing on them in a language other than English
-romantic cards
-Harry Potter / Star Trek / Star Wars / kung fu movies / anything remotely nerdy
-baby animals :D

If all else fails, I love everything a little bit weird, so if you find a card you know no one else will like, send it my way. :D

My Requests: It'd be grand if you could list a random fact about yourself (it'd be interesting to see what people write.) Also, if you speak a language other than English, please teach me a word or phrase! I love learning new languages. Everything sounds so beautiful!

ATTN Chess Players: I am currently looking for someone to play a game of chess via correspondence, or through written letters. This is something on my bucket list that I'm anxious to cross off.
