I'm Lisa, almost 40 and have 4 kids. My main hobbies are writing, journaling, penpals, creating junk journals, reading and exploring!
I live in Nottingham, the home of Robin Hood! We also have beautiful Sherwood Forest which is home to the most beautiful tree - the major oak. I absolutely love trees!
I love travelling and visiting places - especially castles, ruins, stately homes - places with a lot of history and beauty. I would love to know about other historical places in other countries and what makes them so wonderful and fascinating.
I love anything of a gothic and dark nature and am especially fond of vintage lace and old pictures, the works of Tim Burton (especially the Nightmare Before Christmas), and old graveyards and ruins.
I love reading; the most inspirational author I believe is Charlotte Bronte who wrote my favourite novel Jane Eyre. I also love fantasy and dystopian novels, but will read almost anything. Old libraries, hones with old books, old books in general are also something I think are beautiful.
