Hello Postcrossing Friend: I live in the panhandle of Florida, near the Alabama state line. I am in my mid-50s and retired as a chaplain of a Federal men's prison. I have been married for over 30 years. I have two adorable children; both have now graduated from college and are living on their own. I have a grandson that I just adore.

I have enjoyed stamp collecting since I was a child. I also enjoy tracing my family tree (genealogy), and reading, usually good biographies. I enjoy watching movies, especially older foreign films.

I love to travel and see as much of the world as possible. Postcards let me do that with a stamp. Any postcards are welcomed. I even like homemade ones. I would appreciate ones with lots of stamps. (If you send your postcard in an envelope, it would be great if you could enclose some new stamps, even some inexpensive ones. If you do, please put your address on the envelope.)

I really appreciate all the postcards I receive, especially the ones with:

lighthouses
castles
churches, cathedrals, and mosques
sheep
a piece of art (painting or statue, etc.)
a beautiful landscape or seashore.
