We are a family of three : Rober (40), Elia (44) and little Leonor (4). We like reading, technology (we work as computer analysts), music (almost all kind) and movies (specially science-fiction). We do some sports, such as fitboxing, some gym and trekking, though with Leo by now is all of a challenge and we are more on the "going for a walk" side.
As typical Spanish people, we love eating out and sharing a drink and conversation with our friends.
We live in Madrid, but Elia is from the north of Spain (Galicia), which is rainy and green... and amazingly beautiful. Food in Galicia is specially good, and the cafeterias (cafés) are now part of our culture (any excuse is valid to meet your friends and have a coffee while it is maybe raining outside). There in the north don't expect to see toreros, sevillanas or bull fighting. Our music is more pipes and tambourine like.
Leo loves movies and reading stories, and has a lot of imagination. Her favourite toy is Bimba (Red Fraguel from Fraguel Rock) puppet, though she has not seen Fraguel Rock chapters.
We love travelling, and would like to see that interest also in Leo. We are going to start sharing these postcards with her and searching for the questions that she may have. We will all learn with that! If you could point out something from the place you send the postcard related to children we would specially appreciate :). If difficult, no worries, it will be more than welcome anyway!
Also, if your kids around same age would like to penpal that would be really great!!!
