Hi! I am an editor, English major, environmentalist, eater, and stamp and mail enthusiast! I have two kids, two dogs, one partner, and not enough postcards from around the world!

I am eager for whichever postcard you would like to send and I'd love to see your favorite stamps! Also, I am collecting SAUCE recipes from around the world. Do you have a favorite sauce that is special where you live or from a place you have visited? Send me a recipe! Or send me the name and I'll search for a recipe. I'm thinking things like: salsa, harissa, chimichurri, buffalo sauce, curry, chutney, tzatziki, etc. Things like that. Thank you in advance!

ABOUT ME: I have lived in Kansas City, Missouri since 2001 and I love it here but originally I'm from Oklahoma. I love jazz and coffee and whiskey. I love sweet potatoes and okra and carrots and really fresh tomatoes - though I'd be hard pressed to choose a favorite vegetable. I love reading and writing and working on greeting cards (which is what I do for a living). I also love dogs.

Oh, and I love children's literature! I have a podcast about kidlit called The Beginning of Your Life Book Club.

Once upon a time, I used to play the piano and every now and then - when no one is home - I still do.
