Hello,
I am Debbie, I am a Christian. I was born California, USA. But I have lived in Arizona for many years. I traveled a lot as child for I was a Military Child. I am married for 34 years, I have 3 grown children and 3 grand children and one due in the fall. I survived Covid, it almost took my life, I was intubated and recovering one day at a time.
I have many collections of different things. I like collecting magnets of the places I go and I like collecting postcards & stamps just to name a few.
I don't mind what kind of postcard you send, except keep it clean, no horror stuff, just not my thing. I am cool with Touristy postcards, most of my personal postcards collected in my travels are from only the USA. So I am really looking forward to seeing and receiving new ones. What makes these collections special to me, is when it is my time to leave this earth, these collections will be given to my grandchildren, I have taught them to pick up a postcard when they visit a new place or just because.
I am a animal lover, I have cats for pets, my favorite animal is a wolf and a owl. I am a photographer, I love photography, another reason I love postcards. A picture will capture moments in time or objects or people which is why you will find many photographers selling photographs to make a postcard.
I also like to sew, I am learning to play the piano, I also know a little of the guitar, I guess you can say I love music and I am very artistic, we love to camp in our travel trailer.
My favorite time of the year is Winter, but I can appreciate the colors of Fall and the Spring.
If I have to like a sport it is Gymnastics and Hockey, I choose Gymnastics because the skill it takes to accomplish, they are not given enough credit. As far as Hockey it is Brutal, they skate on Ice at the same time chasing a small object with a big stick...no wonder why they get angry and punch each other, my favorite part........
