I live about 160 km from San Francisco. I'm a university professor with 2 daughters, and I enjoy travel and reading. I also write novels. I'm a fan of punk music and Spike the vampire. :-) With such a busy life, I don't get to travel as often as I'd like to, but receiving a postcard is like taking a mini trip. I especially would like to learn about life in other places. I'd like any kind of postcard, but particularly ones that have photos of the area where you live. I'd love it if you included a couple of words in your language as well! Maybe tell me something a tourist would like to see in your hometown. Or anything about where you live--a favorite local food or holiday, something interesting about local history, local music... anything!
