Hi
I'm Demelza and I live in Scotland.
I love where I live in the middle of the countryside, with forest to the back of the house and a loch (lake) to the front.
Things I like - traveling, cooking, cook books, all types of food!, walking, nature, foraging, insects, vintage and up-cycling!
Any postcards that feature the above would be gratefully received.
And if you would like to send me your favorite recipe, I'd definitely try cooking it and add to my ever increasing recipe collection.
