Hey, I'm new to Postcrossing but I have been writing to snail mail friends for quite a few years now and I really enjoy it.
I live in a fairly rural part of England, the area I live in is known for having a large forest which is really beautiful. I love being outside in nature especially watching all of the different species of birds that visit my garden.
I enjoy watching Professional Wrestling and even attending some events, in truth I enjoy watching all sorts of sports including Cricket, Rugby, Tennis and American Football.
I enjoy reading very much, anything by Tove Jansson. I'm a big dork for the Moomins, it was a favourite of mine as a child and I love it every bit as much as an adult! I have set a challenge for myself to read a book each week this year, so far I'm on track, I'd quite like to exceed that goal if I can.
I'm looking forward to meeting lots of new people and hearing all about their lives and just how different and varied they are to my own.

There are lots of countries I would love to visit including Japan, Canada, USA, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Switzerland and New Zealand.

I have a very eclectic taste in music, I would say my favourite bands include; Interpol, Sigur Ros, The National, Kasabian, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Kavinsky, Joan Jett & The Runaways, Dredg, Agnes Obel, Asgeir, Childish Gambino, Alt-J and many many others.

I'm really excited to get started and hear from as many people around the world as I possibly can!
